Fleet Tracking
The Fleet page provides a real-time overview of all your vehicles and drivers via the Samsara integration.
Connection Status
A banner at the top shows the current Samsara connection state:
| Banner Color | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Yellow | Samsara not configured — no API key has been set in Settings |
| Red | Connection failed — API key is set but Samsara is unreachable |
| Green | Connected — shows the count of drivers and vehicles synced |
Live Map
All vehicles with GPS coordinates appear as markers on the map. Click any vehicle marker to see:
- Vehicle name
- Assigned driver
- Last location update time
- Current speed and heading
Use the Refresh button in the page header to re-fetch all Samsara data.
Drivers List
A scrollable list of all drivers with their assigned vehicles.
Vehicles List
A scrollable list of all vehicles with their assigned drivers and a fuel level badge:

| Red | 15% or below |
| Amber | 16%–30% |
| Green | Above 30% |
The Fleet page is read-only. All driver and vehicle management (creating, assigning, deactivating) is done directly in Samsara. Changes in Samsara are reflected in Itinera automatically.
Fuel Monitoring
Fuel levels are visible in multiple places across Itinera:

The system checks fuel levels automatically and creates alerts when a vehicle drops below the configured threshold.
