Notifications
The notification bell in the top bar shows your unread count. Click it to open the Notifications page.
Active Alerts
A red card at the top of the page shows currently active alerts:
- Trucks off-route — count and links to active deviation alerts
- Vehicles low fuel — count and fuel percentage for each vehicle
Click an active deviation alert to jump directly to that route's detail page.
Notification Types
| Type | Trigger |

| Route Deviation | A truck leaves its planned route |
| Deviation Resolved | A truck returns to its planned route |
| Low Fuel | A vehicle's fuel drops below 25% |
| Route Created | A new route is created |
| Dispatched | A route is moved to Active status |
| Completed | A route is marked complete |
| Assignment Updated | A driver or vehicle is changed on a route |
History
Past notifications are grouped chronologically: Today, Yesterday, This Week, and Older (up to 50 per group).
Telegram Alerts
Route deviations and low fuel events also send automated messages to the Telegram chat configured in Settings. These are sent in addition to the in-app notifications.
Reports
The Reports page lets you generate, filter, and export fleet data.
Report Types

| Route Detail | Full route list with origin, destination, truck, driver, and stop count |
| Activity Log | Timeline of all user and system actions |
| Deviations | Off-route events with duration, distance, and location |
| Fuel Stops | Fuel stops added to routes with station details |
Filters
All reports support a date range filter with presets (Last 7, 30, or 90 days) and custom From/To dates.
Additional filters vary by report type:

Exporting
After running a report, use the CSV or XLSX export buttons to download the data. The export includes all rows matching your current filters.
Sharing Report Views
Like the routes list, all report filters are saved in the URL. Share the browser URL to give a colleague the same report configuration.
The User filter on the Activity Log is only visible to administrators.
